RUN time error

Hi ,

I am installing appcalition which is created in visial basic.I am installing the same on windows adv server .
when i am runing setup.exe after some time i am geting below mentioned eroor .
Run Time error 2147024770(8007007e)
Automation error
The specifued module could not be found .

please help me for this error
