Run VBS without windows blocking it

Hi All, I am launching a vbs script from a bat file that auto aranges the desktop icons. The bat file is mounted as a logon script on a network. Each time that the desktop.vbs file is executed, windows will ask if I will allow the file to run, is there a way to run the file without having to allow it each time.
