Runaway windows help windows

Is there anyone who can tell me how to disable windows help.exe or suspend it? After my computer starts and desktop screen is open (background and icons,Windows help screen pops up and multipies until all resources are used and system freezes. Message during relates to windows help update (129)? Have you seen this? if so please reply if you have an answer. Thank you.
