Rundll Error

I just got infected with some spyware stuff and so i downloaded AVG anti-virus and smitfraudfix to get rid of it. I restarted my computer after running system scans in safe mode, and now i get a popup everytime i restart saying RUNDLL “Error loading Specific module could not be found.” It doesn’t say any file name after the “Error Loading” like some of the posts i’ve read say..help me please?? Thanks
