Running a web-based application on another machine/pc

Hi everyone,

I just want to ask if anyone knows how will I able to make a web-based application to another pc work. I’m using my local pc as a server.
The application is made under .NET framework (ASP.NET) then uses SQL/ORacle as databases. I already configured the IIS on my pc but when I tried to access the link to another pc the log-in page can’t be displayed.
