Running CGI Scripts on Windows NT ?

Does IIS 4.0 have the ability to run CGI Scripts? I am somewhat familiar with publishing a web site to Unix, and usually there is a path to enter in your web publishing software to tell it where your “Perl” is located. I have searched all docs re:running CGI on NT but there is no mention of PERL. I am sure there must be a way to run CGI Scripts on an NT Server??? Any help would be appreciated. I am using Netobjects Fusion 4.01.
