Running/initiating installation via WSUS

I just finished installing/updating/running/approving updates for Windows Software Update Server

It is running on windows server 2003 std.

i am looking for the install approved updates now button in WSUS and i cannot find it

is there a way to do such??

what is the equivalent action in WSUS?

i need to patch a bunch of computers and i would like to start the updates asap
