Running nwadmin32 on Win XP

I recently upgraded to Win XP Pro. Now when I try to run nwadmin32 I get an error that some .dll file is not found. I checked the directory, the requested .dll file is there. What do I need to do to run nwadmin on a Win XP pro machine? We are running NetWare 4.11.
