Running VPN with Cisco VPN concentrator

I have a Cisco VPN concentrator 3000 and a Cisco 2900 router that I am running VPN (lan-to-lan) that connection keeps going up and down every hour or so. There is no NAT running between the two devices. Does anyone have any input?
