Running Win2k Terminal with ICA

I have a windows 2000 SBS server running terminal services in application mode. Currently there is only support for RDP installed. When I try to add a new connector I only have the choice of RDP to install. How can I add support for ICA connections to terminal services in win2k?

The connection is required for terminals that do not support RDP (which cannot be upgraded).
