russian language virus

hi all the gurus

When ever i try to right click on my drive D:(hard drive) and E: (hard drive) a Russian or chines maybe kind of language appears …and when double click to open the drive it asks in which program you want to open this ?
it’s not with my C: drive and others …

had viruses in my computer but now i have completely washed my c: drive and installed fresh and updated copy of windows along with up to date anti virus ….
anti virus removed all most 300 viruses but that one..
one more thing when ever i open the Google it appears in Russian

any one can help ?
