RV042 with Dual Wans

hello.

i have read many posts here and there but it seems that no posts match to my case.

i work witha company works with 2 mobile operators (A and B).

we got an RV042 vpn router .and have 2 connections(adsl (4mb)+ dediacted line(64kb)).

here is what i want to do:

i want to use my adsl connection to my LAN connection and to connect also with it to the operator N?A.

and i want to use the other connection(dedicated line) with my operator N?B.

i have many Pcs in my LAN. but i want to use only one server(192.168.1.3) that i have to connect with the operators both (A and B).

the both connection must be VPN connections (VPN tunnels).

is it possible ?

and please how ?
