RV082 VPN Problem

I am trying to configure an RV082 VPN. Using PPTP it works alright, but I need it to work for more than 5 users, also, when each VPN user signs in, I need them to get the same Static IP every time. Does anybody have any ideas. I have tried creating a VPN tunnel, but it does not work at all.
