RWW SBS 2003 Walked in on a Preconfigured Server

I was given the task of setting up RWW, and a VPN via a preconfigured SBS 2003 R2 server.

This server was just setup to host clients, and computers in the network.

I need to configure the server so that people can access the RWW from ANYWHERE.

I have been searching posts, and forums for weeks now, but stll end up stumped.

Do I have a static IP? How do I know?
Do I need a static IP?
Configuring Ports on router?
Firewall?

I really need some help here.
