Salary Information

I just received a job offer from an IT outsourcing company. I will be a business analyst working on the procurement supply chain side and will be sponsored for a TS clearance. Not sure if its full scope or not. I have three years work experience two of them in supply chain field and a business degree. I was wondering what a fair offer would be? I quoted a range to HR of 55-65 but I think I low balled myself. I am waiting on the actual offer letter in the mail.
