Samba Probs…

Hi everyone. I just installed Red Hat Linux 9 on my comp and wanted to set it up as a fileserver. My win xp workstations can see the server but can’t access any of it’s contents.

For testing purposes I made security=SHARE and changed permissions on share directory to 777.

I can ping the ip addresses on both ends. I can ping localhost and server name from the server.

I created new user accounts with identical passwords on both ends.

Everytime I try to map network drives it cannot find anything.
