SAP B1 – Application Error

I’m implementing SAP business one on my company and I’m getting an error message ,When I log in to SAP from client computers through Go-Globe after logging into the database .

Diagnostic File C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One_20090402123001.dmp was created “.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix it?
