SAP DCOM Connector Error in Windows 2003

We have installed DCOM connector in Windows 2003 server OS. After installing, while trying to create destinations, it is saying ‘CDestinations :: OnNewDestination failed! Operation aborted’
Earlier the same worked fine in window 2000 server. Please can any one help me out in this issue.
