SAP FI/CO OR ORACLE FINANCIALS

I am currently doing CPA in California and considering on SAP FI/CO OR ORACLE FINANCIALS course now..
But i am confused which has a better scope for jobs in the market in the bay area..
It would be great if anyone can throw a light on these 2 coruses.. and the market value
