Sarbanes-Oxley and what I need to do to comply

We are running a competative made firewall. It blocks all the fun stuff. My concern is the teeth that is attached to the Sarbanes-Oxley act. What must I ensure with my network and databases to comply with this law? I need to make sure that I am protecting my company. The law is so vague, even after reading twice and looking up the big words!
