save the user preferences in netware 5

i installed the netware 5 in win2003 server using vmware workstation.ConsoleOne Version is 1.1.12, now the problem is i con’t save the user preferences in the novell console, please help me how can i enable to save the user preferences in consoleone. also tell me any other admin comments to create the user in netware 5
