Saving Clients Website usage list in Server

Hai,

I need a perfect solution for my problem.
My problem is,

The user click on any link or open any website. Whenever the user clicks that links or websites then that links or websites will automatically store in server. How can do this task this windows and red hat linux.

Any suggestions or solutions are greatly helpful.
