Saving video calls on cellphone

I am trying to find a way to save a video call with a cellphone. I would be happy if one caller is connected to a laptop. One caller will be remote. How can I save the video conference. I have tried to see if I could use Camtasia – but I do not know how to use the laptop to make the call to the cellphone.
Any suggestions?
