SBS 2000 migration to SBS 2003R2

Hi,

I’m doing a migration from Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 to Microsoft Small Business Server 2003R2. We have a new server to migrate to that will be coming from dell with SBS2003r2 installed. I’ve read the migration doc, but I want to know about domain prep. It looks like I can have the 2 servers in the same domain for a few days to move the data, but what about the FSMO roles, etc. When does that stuff transfer. I’m going to use the ADMT tool to transfer the users and mailboxes but am not clear on the fsmo roles. Do they transfer with the tool or do you have to do domain prep? I’d like an overview of the process if anyone knows. I have to do this week and I don’t see anything on the web.
