SBS 2003 – Change default Home folder location

I have a new SBS 2003 server and its defaulting to the C drive for new users home folders. I have checked on Microsoft’s website and can only find directions on moving an existing folder. Does anyone know how to change the default location for new user home folder setups using Active Directory? I don’t want to rebuild this system.
