SBS 2003 Network Configuration

Does anyone know how to setup users in Small Business server 2003?

I installed SBS 2003 on our server and now I’m trying to add users. I added a user on the server and it tells me to go to http://servername/ConnectComputer on the client computer. When I click on “connect to the network now” it tells me “the client computer is already a member of a domain”.
