SBS 2003 Premium, OMA and any browsing disabled

I noticed both about the same time. I have been unable to sync any mobile devices with the server. In the process of troubleshooting I realized that I am unable to browse to anything via the browsers on the server. That includes the companyweb pages.

I can access those pages via another machine. But neither IE nor Firefox can browse to anything. Any ideas or suggestions? The server is not used as a workstation at all. I’ve checked my anti-virus, and it’s all up to date.
