SBS 2003 SP1 to SBS 2003 R2

We bought a new sevrver w/SBS 2003 R2. The old sever has SBS 2003 SP1. I need to move everything (including application software) to the new server and take the old one off-line for reformatting to use as a back-ip in the future. How can I do this?
