SBS 4.5/Proxy/Exchange/RAS/ISDN TA

I have a problem with a Small Business Server with Exchange and Proxy sharing an isp dial up connection, via a Motorola Bitsurf Pro Terminal Adapter (EXT).

I have manually edited the ras phonebook entry and set an idlesecondsdisconnect to 300 seconds (this allows exchange plenty of time to pull mail down before being forced to disconnect).
This 300 secs also Corresponds with the User Preferences from the more button in the dun entry etc as per TN article Q171360. EAS autodial has been disabled. The WINS portion of the WAN wrapper has been disabled, yet the line will not autodisconnect for proxy. (I think it’s hanging up okay for exchange)

I’ve noticed that it takes a while from when a clients IE browser window is closed down to when proxy actually stops showing the client as being connected, in the current sessions tab for Web service.

Does anybody have any ideas?
