SBS 5 added to Netware 4.11

I have a 4.11 server with 100 client32 users connected to it using IPX only, so i was planning to install a SBS 5 to give some of my users an all of what comes with SBS.

If I connect this SBS server to my network and add IP for sertine users so they can see both servers and trees and this login to both, will this work,

will have any effect on licenses if i just added SBS server to the current tree.
