SBS doesn’t like alternate remote access methods

Hello all,

There are occasions where we manage a Server behind someone else?s firewall and have no control over port forwarding, etc… In this case we typically use something like LogMeIn or another VNC type tool. We have an installation that refuses to behave. When the server is freshly reboot you can gain access and the tool performs as expected however over time (a day or two) you can gain access (credentials accepted and screen displayed) but each keystroke or mouse click takes 30 seconds to a minute to respond. Again, it’s not the particular tool as we’ve tried LogMeIn, WinVNC and PCAnywhere.

If anyone has insight to this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff
