SBS root directory

I’m trying to look for the root directory where all my uploaded files are saved through SBS server. The problem is I have 20 Gigs of information that I want to upload to SBS without going through SBS (intranet) interface, as this will take to long to upload files. Can anybody help please, IIS configuration does not help!
