SBS Server 2003 Clients not getting DHCP value

This is a new installation on new equipment of an SBS Server 2003. The clients wont pick up an IP from the server’s DHCP. After a few hours, I set the client’s adapter to a fixed IP, and everything worked.

I would like it to work ‘properly’ with dynamic addressing. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
