sbs server rebooting continuously

Server gets to 2003 screen, stops, then restarts.
1. Determined that 1 drive (RAID 1 configuration was bad).
2. Removed bad drive and started server – same result.
3. Started with system CD – ran chkdsk /r, then rebooted – same result.
4. Started with system CD, chose windows repair – system reports that it cannot copy various files.
