SBS test server noob

Hello everyone.
I am running a test server SBS which is behind a wireless router on a dsl line.
I use two cards, one (external) on the wireless router 192.168.0.5 and the other for the lan with 192.168.16.0/24 . The server runs a dns with forwarder and a dhcp.
I have one worksation on the lan which get the dynamic ip from server.
I can run nslookup on it succesfully but no traceroute.
I cannot access the internet either.
Can anyone please explain to me what stops the workstation from reaching the internet?
