SBS2000

I am at present trying to install new drives in our company server. I’m moving form (3) 9GB SCSI drives to (3) 73GB SCSI drives. I am running a Raid 5 array, with a Mylex 170 controler. After reinstalling the SBS2000 software on the new drives, I start restoring the old files. Up until the time I restore the system state everything is fine, after the system state restore I no longer have an exchange server. This is driving me nuts, so what am I missing.
