Scan for email attachments

Is there a way to setup a rule on the Exchange server to delete or deny an email with a specific file attachment (either by size or name). Our parent company’s ISP does this for them but we are unprotected from our ISP. Needless to say the last virus that came through, came through our end. I’m not interested in purchasing any third party apps (we already know of some). Can Exchange do this without any add-ons.
