scanner headache – again

This is the second scanner I’ve tried to install on a brand-new dimension from dell!

It’s an HP ScanJet 3670 with the 2. USB cable.

WE HAVE NO IMAGE IN PREVIEW!

Although it see the object on the glass, it scans just fine, but there is no image!

I can’t find any reference to this problem on either hp site or with friends.

Help!

We have only a few hours left to return it to OfficeMax…
