Schedule Stop and Start of NT Service

I need to schedule a stop of SQL and EXHCHANGE services on NT and W2K servers. I will then backup using Arcserve (don’t want to use agents for sql and exchange).

When the backup is done, I need to schedule a start of the SQL and EXCHANGE service.

Please give exact commands to run from TASK SCHEDULER or WINAT.
