screen goes black and the computer restarts

Hey , this is what happened. Every now and again the screen goes black
and the computer restarts. The computer is not that old. Im not sure
where to start with this. I have checked power supplies etc. I havent
found any information about a similar issue. Any help would be
appreciated.
