Screen resolution error

when i try to open the program etisalat usb (using to access internet via sim card)iam getting error message showing “To run this application,the resolution of the screen should not be less than 800×600”.

i cannot change the resolution from display properties.there shown below the disply
1.plug and play monitor on mobile intel(R)945 chipsetfamily.
2.(default montor)on mobile intel(R)945 express chipset family.

my laptop is Lenovo S10e and model 40684WG

Could you please help me
