Screen Saver issues Media Center Edition Computer

I have a new Windows MCE and I run Intellipoint Mouse and Keyboard.

If I disable ehtray.exe my screensaver works but the GREEN button on MCE remote will not work

If I start MCE from screen then ehtray.exe gets loaded and screesaver will not work.

Could Intellipoint really be the cause.
