Script Active directory

I need a script to run so we can determine what computers have not logged onto the domain for a seven month period of time.
I would like to be able to run a report that would show me a list of all laptops and desktops in active directory that have not logged into the domain for the past 7 months, and to also show all laptops and computers that are disabled. If the report could show computer name, date of last log in, and site location it would be a help.
