Script error in IE

I have an HP photosmart camera and everytime i try to upload pictures i get a Internet Explorer script error “object doesn’t support this property or method”. Ive tried reloading software but doesn’t help. All this happened after I removed a virus from my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
