Script for Exchange

Hi,

My company is using Exchange on a SBS box at the moment. Just wondering if there is a script we can run/create to enable the “Synchronize E-Mail” button in the Internet and E-Mail section of Server Management to run without having to (what we do now) everytime we need urgent mail check, log on remotely via RDC and manually go in and press it.
