We have a medium sized network and are now in the process of upgrading from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. The driver behind this upgrade is a change to the corporate network that will require XP and Outlook 2003. Therefore, some of the computers will need to be upgraded faster than others.
What I need to find is a script that will tell me what version of MS Office applications are installed on a given computer so that we can prioritize the upgrade. I recall seeing one somewhere but have looked all over and cannot locate it. We are currently using Kix to handle the login script and I would like to insert this into the login script and build a CSV file.
Any ideas?
