Script to toggle IE “Use a Proxy Server”

How can I implement a one click method to turn on/off Internet Explorer’s “Use a Proxy Server” setting. It is found in Tools-> Internet Options-> Connections -> Lan Settings. I have not been able to find a good way to implement this.
