SCSI hard drive setup and NT

I have a new server, no OS installed, that has 2 scsi hard drives in it and I want to install NT4. The computer sees the hard drives but when I run NT4 setup it says there aren’t any drives. I have never worked with scsi hard drives before and would like to verify what I need to do. I checked Seagate’s site and downloaded disk wizard to set up the drives so NT4 setup can see the drives because I figure it is the same as new IDE drives and fdisk. My thought is that if when I turn the server on and it sees both hard drives and it says one is 0 and the other is 1, but NT4 setup doesn’t see them that this is the problem and disk setup will take care of the problem. Is this correct or am I missing something?
