S&D blockage

I have a user who frequents excite.com a lot. Spybot Search&Destroy antispyware is installed on the computer. When it is set so that sites are not blocked silently, that site can be seen, but then that means a message appears. Is there a way to modify the list of sites that are blocked by the software?
