Seagate Backup Exec Can’t Load Device Dv

My school netware server running 5.0 with Seagate BE 8.0 will not load the device driver. The server has an embedded scsi controller. It is cpqscsi.ham. The server is a Proliant ML370. Suggestions are appreciated.
